About Linn Guerrero Tennessee
Over roughly two years, CFG Health grew from approximately $80 million to $250 million in annual revenue, and Linn Guerrero was part of the executive team behind that expansion. As Chief Risk Officer, she partners directly with the CEO and senior leaders to shape organizational growth, strategic planning, and business development for the correctional healthcare company based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Linn Guerrero works at the intersection of three roles: executive leader, strategic advisor, and correctional healthcare professional. Her path to CFG Health includes legal training at the University of Tennessee College of Law, private equity portfolio operations, and founding her own professional services business. Throughout, she has concentrated on government contracting, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and disciplined organizational scaling.
Linn Guerrero joined CFG Health in August 2024 as the company’s first Chief Legal Officer. In that role, which she held until May 2025, she built the legal department from the ground up and led legal, compliance, governance, and enterprise risk functions across the multi-state healthcare company. She became Chief Risk Officer in May 2025. From the start, she has worked with the CEO and executive leadership team to set strategic priorities and advance enterprise growth initiatives. The company more than tripled in size during her first two years, and she contributed through strategic planning, government contracting initiatives, business development support, and executive leadership.
Her responsibilities are broad. Linn Guerrero leads initiatives in operations, contracting, compliance, human resources, claims management, procurement, RFP strategy, and organizational development. She assesses strategic opportunities, carries out executive-level risk assessments, and prepares recommendations for company leadership. Coordinating cross-functional teams is also central to the job, and she works closely with the Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Business Development departments to execute organizational priorities and strengthen operational performance.
Much of this work depends on her command of government contracting and procurement, which she brings to CFG Health’s RFP strategy and contracting initiatives. Linn Guerrero celebrated two years with the company in August 2026 and remains focused on helping leadership teams align strategy, risk, and operations to support sustainable growth.
