Linn Guerrero’s time at Architect Equity Management, a Los Angeles-based firm, preceded her move to CFG Health. From March 2024 to August 2024, she was Strategic Advisor for Private Equity Portfolio Operations, supporting leadership teams at multiple portfolio companies in a private equity-sponsored environment.
Diligence was central to the assignment. She performed operational, commercial, and risk assessments of acquisition targets to support investment decisions and presented her findings and strategic recommendations to sponsors and leadership teams. She also helped portfolio company executives with governance, growth strategy, organizational development, and operational initiatives. The role gave Linn Guerrero insight into the way investors evaluate companies, and she now draws on that insight for acquisition analysis and corporate transactions as an operating executive.
Founding Justice, PLLC
Before private equity, Linn Guerrero spent four and a half years running her own business. She founded Justice, PLLC and served as its Founder and Managing Principal from September 2019 to March 2024. The independent professional services firm advised clients in healthcare, employment, and commercial matters.
In that role, she oversaw operations, business development, budgeting, client engagement, and strategic planning, and she directed complex litigation and risk-management matters for healthcare and business clients. Building and leading the firm showed Linn Guerrero the financial and operational pressures executives contend with, and she has brought that perspective to each advisory role since.
Education and Credentials
Linn Guerrero earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2014. As a law student, she served as Articles Editor of the Tennessee Law Review, with a concentration in Advocacy and Litigation, and received Pro Bono Recognition. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she graduated from the Honors College in May 2011.
Her study at the University of Tennessee College of Law gave her a working command of regulation, contracts, and risk, and that grounding still informs her executive work. Linn Guerrero is also a Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP), a credential granted by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC).
Workforce Administration and Risk
Human resources administration is another area where Linn Guerrero brings hands-on experience. At the executive level, her work extends to the operational side of workforce management, including leave administration, workplace accommodations, labor relations, and wage and hour policy, all in service of building people processes that support a growing organization.
She also brings expertise in risk management and insurance, with a focus on professional liability and employment practices liability coverage, and she helps leadership teams balance that exposure against opportunity. Linn Guerrero combines this experience with a focus on organizational growth strategy and targets. Her executive skill set includes CEO partnership, strategic planning and execution, organizational scaling, and executive communication.
Community and Personal Interests
Each year, Linn Guerrero of Tennessee sponsors the Knoxville Challenger tennis tournament in support of the Helen Ross McNabb Foundation, a form of giving that aligns with her interest in the sport. She is also an involved parent volunteer. She helps with her son’s soccer team and regularly volunteers at his elementary school, both through the school and through its Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Away from work, Linn Guerrero enjoys tennis and cooking.
The Road Ahead
Linn Guerrero believes growth is strongest when strategy, compliance, and operations work in step. That belief is visible across her career, from her contribution to CFG Health’s growth from approximately $80 million to $250 million in annual revenue, to her diligence work on acquisition targets for private equity sponsors, to the independent firm she built from the ground up. Those experiences have sharpened her focus on aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and executing with discipline. Linn Guerrero remains focused on applying her leadership experience to align strategic priorities, strengthen risk management, and support effective operations and sustainable organizational growth. Drawing on a foundation in law, a correctional health credential, and experience across operations, finance, human resources, and government contracting, Linn Guerrero continues to help leadership teams convert strategic priorities into measurable results.
